30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
